Everything in the hotel was excellent You can relax at Coal Grill and Bar, located nearby.

The beds are comfy and the staff is LOYAL. The room had a great balcony. The airport is easy to get to, it's 30 km away.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Great free parking. Good location for tram into city center.

Limited WiFi access. Broken lift without prior notification. Unprofessional and rude staff. Dirty and uncomfortable room.

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely brilliant. the location is perfect for anyone visiting the Meadowhall shopping centre, as it is just a short walk away. The value for money was excellent, with comfortable beds and well-maintained rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided amazing service throughout my stay. The attention to detail was impressive, with a walk-in shower that had plenty of hot water. In addition, the breakfast offered was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is easy to get to the tram station for City Centre and the massive Meadowhall shopping complex. The rooms were well maintained, with a walk-in shower that had plenty of hot water. The attention to detail was evident, with just a sheet on the bed and the room being in such brilliant condition. The breakfast offered was also satisfying.

Great Security Team and Friendly Staff!

During our romantic escape, we felt safe and secure due to the fantastic efforts of the security team on site. Additionally, the friendly staff was a plus. Our room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious with a heated mirror. The location was perfect for exploring the area.

Our stay was not without its drawbacks. The shower lacked pressure, ruining an entire morning for us.
